By Kate Monohan and Bryce de Flamand Daily Campus Tuesday, February 9, 2010 UConn’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Richard Gray, presented his plan for a 6.3 percent increase in tuition and a combined 13 percent increase for room and board for the 2011 fiscal year at a town hall meeting in the Dodd Center on Monday.
